General advice - do not 'correct' a child if they say a word inaccurately.  Just repeat the word back to them and 'say it as they would if they could'.

If a child is becoming upset or frustrated because they are not understood it is really important that you contact the local Speech and Language Therapy department for an assessment/advice.
